Our occupational health and safety system ensures this in our daily operations and is continuously evaluated and improved. The current occupational health and safety policy is available to all employees, both permanent and temporary.<\/li>\n<li>All employees have the right to organize into trade unions.<\/li>\n<li>No employees are subjected to coercion, and we do not employ workers under the age of 15.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_3 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2>Business ethics<\/h2>\n<p>To achieve a society with safe economic, social, and democratic growth, we distance ourselves from and actively work against corruption, social dumping, and other unfair practices that hinder free competition. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicable competition laws are fundamental to our operations.<\/li>\n<li>Personal gifts or benefits that may influence business decisions are not accepted.<\/li>\n<li>Any gifts, dinners, or similar activities exceeding NOK 500 in value require approval from the immediate manager<\/li>\n<li>Our activities are not based on undue pressure that compromises our professional responsibilities and guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_4 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2>Environmental responsibility<\/h2>\n<p>Sustainability guides our business, and environmental considerations are of significant importance.<\/p>\n<p>Legal requirements serve as a minimum, and we seek solutions that further consider our own, our partners', and our customers' demands and expectations.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuous evaluation of our environmental footprint is conducted. When we lack sufficient knowledge ourselves, external assistance is sought.<\/li>\n<li>Methods for conducting our operations are chosen and developed to constantly reduce our impact on the environment.
